Turnaround Times

Our average turnaround time is 2 weeks from the date of payment. Due to different variables in the printing process, this is just a general guideline, not a guarantee (Shit happens sometimes.) If you have a specific deadline to meet, please let us know before finalizing the order so that we can try to accommodate (Sometimes a rush fee is required) 

Minimum Order Quantities

Our minimum order quantity is 12 pieces for most items. Due to certain specialty items having specific requirements, some orders are subject to a higher minimum order quantity. This will be discussed prior to finalizing any orders. 

File Specs

We prefer Adobe Illustrator (.AI) files or Scalable Vector Graphics files (.SVG), but we accept all image file types (.PNG, .JPEG, etc.). Some artwork will require an artwork fee to be paid. This is the case with lower resolution files, artwork edits, and more. If you would like to avoid paying an artwork fee, an Adobe Illustrator (.AI) file will be required.

Pricing Starting Point

Pricing is determined by multiple factors, including; design colors, garment choice, print locations, and garment quality. We do garment pricing in dozens, meaning every 12 shirts you order gets you a price break. The more you order, the cheaper it is per piece.
